Complaints Procedure

At Coffee & Bagel Estates Ltd, we are committed to providing a professional and high-quality service. However, if you feel we have fallen short of your expectations, we want to know about it so we can put things right.

Where appropriate, we will make reasonable adjustments for consumers who may be disadvantaged due to factors such as age, disability, infirmity, lack of knowledge, language barriers, or bereavement.

Step 1 — Contact us directly

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to provide a full written response within 15 working days.

Step 2 — Internal review

If you remain dissatisfied after our initial response, you may request that your complaint be reviewed at a senior level. We will respond to this review within 15 working days. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, we will issue a final viewpoint letter confirming our position.

Step 3 — The Property Ombudsman

If you are still not satisfied after completing our internal complaints process, or if you have not received a final response within 8 weeks of making your complaint, you have the right to refer your complaint to The Property Ombudsman (TPO), which provides a free, independent service.
